Nurturing the growth and equipping the minds of children globally.
The Philippines Mission
October–November 2026
Every kid deserves the tools to believe in themselves.
This fall, Empowered Youth Collective is bringing hands-on mindset and empowerment workshops to kids and families across the Philippines, starting in Metro Manila.
Many communities don't have access to the kinds of resources that help kids build confidence, handle challenges, and dream bigger. We want to change that, one workshop at a time.
In October and November, I'll be leading interactive workshops for kids and parents around the Philippines. Each one is child-led, engaging, and built so families can keep the tools going at home.
WHERE YOUR SUPPORT GOES
Workshop materials and take-home toolkits for every child
Tickets, so families who couldn't otherwise attend get a seat
Bringing workshops to communities with little access to resources like these
THE BIGGER VISION
The Philippines is just the start. EYC is growing into a global movement that brings mindset, empowerment, and entrepreneurship tools to kids and families everywhere. Your support now helps build that foundation.

What is Empowered Youth Collective?
Empowered Youth Collective (EYC) is an online life coaching practice for kids ages 5–12 (including neurotypical children and those with ADHD, autism, or anxiety) and the parents raising them. EYC exists to fill the gap families experience while waiting on ABA, OT, PT, or speech services, and to keep offering practical, real-time support once those services are underway. Through a Membership Program and a 1:1 Coaching Program, families get age-specific tools, live coaching, and support between sessions, so kids build real skills and parents aren't guessing alone in the meantime.
Beyond coaching, EYC teaches empowerment, mindset, and entrepreneurship to young people and families around the world, with a focus on communities that don't have access to resources like these. That mission starts in the Philippines this October and November, with interactive, child-led workshops for kids and parents. The goal is to keep bringing these workshops to more communities around the world, so every family gets the chance to build these skills together.
EYC is a coaching practice, not a clinical or licensed service.
Wired differently, built to thrive. Child-led tools that help kids with ADHD, ASD, and anxiety turn empowerment into confidence.
Your Coach:
MJ Cruz holds a Master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and completed 2,000 hours of supervised practicum and fieldwork as part of that training. She spent 8 years working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a Program Manager that oversaw other RBT’s within the past 2 years, and over the past decade, has worked directly with more than 100 families, sitting alongside kids and parents through the real, day-to-day lives of ADHD, autism, and anxiety. That work included time alongside occupational, physical, and speech therapy teams across multiple settings, giving her a cross-disciplinary view of how kids are supported beyond behavioral work alone. Along the way, she's also taught English and life skills to children around the world, work that sharpened her ability to connect with kids across ages, cultures, and communication styles. That background, plus training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), is what shapes how she coaches today. EYC is a coaching practice, not a clinical or licensed service.
WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT EYC
WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT EYC
“MJ with Empowered Youth Collective was patient and kind with our children. Her skills and expertise really shine during each session and their social skills have improved greatly in all types of situations. I highly recommend booking MJ for a 1:1 coaching session!”

“MJ worked with my son for over a year. When she first started, he had no words. By the time we finished working with her, he had developed many words and phrases. Unfortunately, we had to stop because our services through the Regional Center ended, and we decided to continue with the school route. However, I truly believe MJ made a significant difference in his speech and communication. MJ is kind, patient, professional, and genuinely loves what she does. She truly cares about the children and families she works with. I am so grateful for everything she did for my son, and I highly recommend her to any family looking for a dedicated and compassionate life coach for kids. Thank you, MJ!”
